Testing Lab

Our testing lab is complete with all of the latest equipment to ensure that your coatings are performing at or above industry expectations.  The following tests are readily available:  Bayer Abrasion, Water Contact Angle, Oil Contact Angle, Tape Pull, Salt Water Boil, Spectral Analysis,  and Torque Testing.

Recipe Design and Installation

Our team has extensive experience in anti-reflective and mirror coating recipe design and installation on every third-party deposition system on the market.  We have even taken it a step further in that we will help your staff grasp a better understanding of how the OEM’s design and install these processes.

Process Audits

It is not uncommon that lab tech’s drift from standard operating procedures and best practices.  As time passes this can ultimately lead to inconsistencies in daily manufacturing.   Our independent evaluations can help to tighten things back up and re-instill proper procedural  guidelines.
